The dog potty areas were a thoughtful addition for pet owners, and the continental breakfast offered a variety of options, though more protein choices would be welcome. Unfortunately, some major issues hindered the experience, such as rude staff and the condition of the room, which required cleaning upon arrival. This was disappointing given previous expectations.

The staff is super friendly, especially Pam, who really made an effort to make my kid feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was solid, with biscuits, gravy, and self-made waffles that even I couldn’t resist every morning.
